We start with fresh Siberian sturgeon, and prepare it in accordance with a time-honored recipe that goes back to our Russian forefathers – a unique combination of seasoning, dry-curing, and cold-smoking. During the cold-smoking process we add just the right amount of garlic to achieve a sensational flavor that is neither overbearing, nor understated.
