All Mottra fish is carefully raised in crystal clear, artesian ground water gathered from 150 meters below the surface, and fed the best non-GMO feed available. When the fish reach their peak flavor we harvest it, process it, and package it at our state of the art facility in accordance with strict, European standards, ensuring your Balyk arrives as fresh and delicious as possible.
