All Mottra fish is carefully raised in temperature-controlled pools filled with crystal clear, artesian ground water gathered from 150 meters below the surface. When the fish reach their optimum flavor we harvest it, process it, and package it at our state of the art facility in accordance with strict, European standards, ensuring your Balyk arrives fresh and delicious.
